[ovs-dev] [PATCH] debian: Apply Ubuntu patch to add DKMS support.

Hi,

I'm pretty excited to see this :-)

I've been using the DKMS package that Chuck added to Ubuntu and although I
am no expert on DKMS it does seem to work as expected over numerous
re-installs.

As this patch is based on Chuck's work.
