Thanks, Simon.  I pushed the dh_python2 commit to both master and
branch-1.2 and the changelog commit to branch-1.2.  I verified that on
the "master" version openvswitch-ipsec started OK for me and on the
"branch-1.2" version that the "debdiff" between the old and new binary
packages looked minimal and correct.

The only change I made was to add more details to the dh_python2
commit's changelog.
