Hi~ I'm a Open vSwitch user with CentOS too.

Here is the solution for you, execute the following command:

*su -c 'yum install kernel-xen-devel'*

After that, your problem should be solved, no reboot is required.

Just follow the instruction described in INSTALL.Linux as normal...
