[ovs-discuss] How to make Open vSwitch kernel module drop all packet by default

Thank you very much for your quick fix.
I have tested it and now I can connect to the controller without the error.

By the way, is there some way to make the ovs-controller drops all
packets by default or I have to use external controller?
I tried the options --with-flows with an empty file but it still forward
the packet.
