[ovs-discuss] flow setup performance improvements

I just pushed a series of commits to master that, in my tests, improves
flow setup performance about 3x, from about 40,000 flows/s to about
120,000 flows/s, in my simple test setup that consists of two desktop
machines (one of them pretty old).

I'm interested in hearing what performance users see and what aspects of
performance are important.
